IDAFA Project — bbw international & Maison de l’Artisan (Ministry of Handicrafts), Safi, Morocco
- Partnered with the Moroccan Ministry of Handicrafts to modernize artisan production methods and elevate cooperative standards. Conducted advanced design translation masterclasses to turn traditional concepts into export-ready fashion. Implemented brand development frameworks to help local artisans access international markets.
2024 — PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION LEAD
Mastercard Foundation & Gebeya Inc., Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Directed a national strategic initiative to transform fashion education through high-level vocational training and industry alignment. Managed key institutional partnerships, including Next Fashion Design College, to scale professional development. Instituted quality assurance protocols for standardized garment manufacturing modules across the region.
